    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I see all these pictures w/ marks on the babies.

What do you use to mark on the babies w/? As some of the pictures looks like nail polish and others look like sharpies, which I would imagine both of these would be toxic to the babies.

I use various colors of sharpie for my babies and eggs. No, they are not toxic.
 
We use water-based craft paint to mark the sexes on their elbows... and a sharpie marker to # them on their bellies.
 
I have always used sharpies. They are not toxic and come in a variety of cool colors. That way I can change the colors to match my mood. :hehe:
 
Marking....

I understand marking them for sexing, but why mark them w/ #'s.

Im just curious as to why you do that? As I have seen my breeders house and non are marked.

If you have a large number of babies of the same size and same breed it can be almost impossible to tell them apart. If you are selling them online it's easier to mark them with a number and sell them under that "ID #". It's much better than having an individual enclosure for each one until they are sold.
 
Yup, Mike's right.
When we take their pictures for posting our available dragons, each dragon gets numbered... the picture is also named the the same #, and when we list them on the web site they are listed by their numbers there too. This way we can be sure that you receive the dragon that you have chosen.
