    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Marcia, I know this is not your department but I tried to change my email address the other night and I guest I was just tried but I typed it in wrong. Now I am locked out of the forums. I have email Rich a couple of times with no response. Any help would be greatly apperciated. Being locked out of a site I have grown to love such much is really driving me crazy. I really don't want to start all over again and lose my rep points I have built up. My new email address is [email protected].

Rich's internet got knocked out with the hurricane. He is the only one that can fix this. Please be patient as I am sure he will be back as soon as he can.
 
Thanks for the info, Dennis. Gee, it didn't even occur to me his internet could have been affected by the hurricane... I hope that is the only thing that got knocked out.
 
Fixed.

Sorry, but Comcast got knocked out locally from the hurricane. Power was out most of the day on Sunday as well. Things got pretty messy from the storm even 200 miles to the east of it.
