Mexican Spotted Wood Turtle (Rhinoclemmys rubida) CB 2020. This male was kept by someone who did not keep them in water as a hatchling. Instead, was kept very dry. This has cause the carapace to grow very irregular. We have been keeping him semi aquatic since he has been with us and has improved since last year. He has already shown interest in a female we have so should make a decent breeder but just won't win any beauty contests. He is eating a mix of Zoo Med turtle pellets, Zoo Med ReptiSticks, pinkies, super worms, mealworms, horned worms, mixed fruits and veggies.
