    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I would label this as "customer service" but its not even that. I came to him with questions about my collection, with NO intention to buy, and he knew that.

First I emailed him, I recieved a very prompt response telling me to call him, I couldnt do it until after work, so I called him around 745 PM. He answered and was very willing to help me, even though I got a hold of him during viper feeding. He gave me advice and told me to call him back and let him know the progress in the future.

I find this type of attitude is great points in a business, I would with out a doubt purchase from Diamond Reptile.

WebSlave, I dont know if this post belongs here being that I didnt do actual business with him, but it seems to fit to me.

I imagine there are many previous posts as well, if I update one of those, would it have been recent?

Let's "legalize your post" :) . I have dealt with Mitch in several ocassions and he was always a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

follow up

The original call was to have him assist me with N. sputatrix feeding. I have a pair that didnt eat for almost 3 months. The female has eaten, and is eating. The male has eaten, but isnt eating.

Mitch put me off on a good start atleast. I was doing most things right, but i recieved enough pointers that would possibly throw a stressed snake off.
