I would label this as "customer service" but its not even that. I came to him with questions about my collection, with NO intention to buy, and he knew that.
First I emailed him, I recieved a very prompt response telling me to call him, I couldnt do it until after work, so I called him around 745 PM. He answered and was very willing to help me, even though I got a hold of him during viper feeding. He gave me advice and told me to call him back and let him know the progress in the future.
I find this type of attitude is great points in a business, I would with out a doubt purchase from Diamond Reptile.
WebSlave, I dont know if this post belongs here being that I didnt do actual business with him, but it seems to fit to me.
I imagine there are many previous posts as well, if I update one of those, would it have been recent?
