Joanna made a generous donation of three $50 Gift Certificates to the CS.com Corn Snakes Supper Club Raffle to benefit U.S.A.R.K. I was extremely lucky and won all three. Like many breeders, she has been cutting back what she has been breeding but she still had several snakes available that I would have liked to own. I made my final decision and chose a trio of '10 normals het Sunkissed pewter.
Shipping was rapidly taken care of and the package arrived yesterday at work. When I opened it, I was a little surprised at the size of the hatchlings. Many of the yearlings I have purchased from other breeders in the past have been an "okay" size to barely larger than a hatchling. Even my own '10 hold-backs vary quite a bit in size. This gorgeous trio, however, are the ideal of yearlings! They haven't been maintenance-fed, nor have they been power-fed. They are PERFECT! I haven't weighed them, but will guesstimate them at about 75-85 grams.
I would highly recommend Joanna to anyone interested in purchasing a corn snake. She may not be a large breeder, but she is a quality breeder and her snakes are lovingly spoiled.
