Long, however worth the read:
I answered an ad for a female Children’s Python posted by Michael Beach. He was quick to get ahold of, kind and very knowledgeable.
He informed me he also had a male which was not eating on his own yet and was being force fed. I bought him as well, with Michael’s kind offer to keep the male until he starts eating on his own, and then ship them both at once to save me on shipping.
In the meantime, I bought a female Granite Spotted Python from Michael, and another female Children’s Python from a friend of his.
Several weeks go by and the male is still not eating on his own. Michael Gave me the chance to back-out and he would sell the male at the show. I said go for it and I would buy a male from him next year, giving my females a year head-start on the male; no big deal.
Michael goes out of his way at the show to try to find me another male Children’s Python to buy with his own money, however there were none to be found. He was also unable to sell his male.
After Michael returned from the show, he decided to give me his male, free of charge.
I think Michael went over and above the call of duty expected of any breeder, and should be acknowledged for it. He’s a wonderful person, a wonderful businessman and now, I believe, I can call him a friend.
I would never hesitate to do business with Michael Beach again!
