    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I ended up settling with a Black Tailed Cribo and I placed the order with John Michels.

The baby BT cribo arrived today in the mail. The animal is flawless, active, tamed and healthy.

this little guy is doing great. eating like an absolute champ on mice/rat pinks, fuzzies, and has taken a small hopper. Also took a gecko and an anole for some diversity of diet. he is shedding constantly and growing fast. if anyone has pictures of adult BT cribos, please send them to me. I am really looking forward to this guy getting big and would love to see what I have to look forward too
 
Many years ago, when I lived in Maryland, there was a local pet shop specializing in reptiles that had a huge BT cribo that was kind of the shop mascot. Beautiful golden yellow at the head changing to black at the tail. I would have bought him in a heart beat if they had been willing to sell him.

That is what I'm dying to see! They are so so gorgeous and demand so much respect evn though they are calm and friendly (most of the time haha)

this was about 2 months ago, he is much bigger now, but this was him pounding down a very large adult male Anolis carolinensis.

and his first "fuzzy"

he will now take prekilled "medium" sized adult mice, which I only resort to if I can't get any fuzzies or hoppers for him.
