    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

OK - it's my only pair (I do have another male tremper that doesn't know what to do with himself) - but I really like them.

I got the first one - Geico (the lav/normal female) - from John Meltzer to display at my campus church. 6 months later - when I was speaking at a Suicide prevention Rally near the Twin Cities - John came up to me with this deli cup with "Studley" - the good looking high yellow male. It's about 10 below - so I'm carrying this deli cup in my jacket while I drive home to Mankato.

Geico is het for patternless - and one of my college students whom adopted one of her babies - mated it with a patternless and WHAM - nice leucistic babies. That was cool.

Lots of good memories with this pair. They are going back to the chapel to go on display again. I think they will be happy with all the attention. (They created quite a stir when the college students caught them mating during Holy week several years ago. They named the offspring "Maundy" and "THursday" - sacreligious, I know, but typical college kids).

I think they are cute. I am trying to get my normals to breed. I doubt they are het for anything. They're just plain awesome normals.

WOW dude, that male is like a twin to one I have!
Mine is the exact same! but can your wink? ;)

Thanks Robin.

You know - I really think some of those head patterns are reproducible. Babies from him always come out with that pattern - and he has fathered a lot of babies.

Wasn't somebody doing a "Bandit" pattern years ago? I actually thought that was interesting and fun.

The other thing - this pair does produce some outstanding lav/hi yellows. Either way - it's fun.

I love lavender high yellows. They were the first color morph I ever fell in love with. Thanks for the sharing the pic and the stories.

Very cute. The pair I have (for now, till The Girls grow up enough) is a high-yellow male and a famale with lavender on her back and tail. Yours are so cute, and what a neat background story to them!
