    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My pacman & Giant Pixie babies

my frogs

The fantasy frogs horns seem to be taller than the ornate. And the picture of the ornate that I saw, has some red on it, but didn't seem like alot. I asked him if the red increases with age and if not, I would like one with lots of red!! I'm going to try to find that website I was on today that had the article on hormones for breeding... I was on so many today.... but I do recall hearing that before, too.......

I have seen some of them with really high horns, they look like little devils. Wouldnt it be cool to have an all red one.

hormones

I found this insert on a forum---There is a constant supply of captive bred horned frogs out there which means someone is breeding them. In Keeping & Breeding Amphibians In Captivity by Chris Mattison (a great book for the price) it says that many breeders use hormones to induce breeding just like they do with african clawed frogs.---this is all I've come up with right now..

I just think that it's not a really natural way to get frogs to breed. Of course our conditions for breeding isn't natural as well, but it has a different (lower) reading on the scale of extremeties.

Would the same horomone work for Giant Bull Frogs? Maybe... we still are in search for a female.

here is a recent picture of my pacman.
