I not so recently purchased an 18 tub rodent rack from Jason Bouton of Naja-Kaa Exotic Pets & Supplies. I said not so recently because it ONLY arrived today, 7 weeks and 1 day since the money was wired (3 weeks was the time given)...that is unprofessional. I will break down everything.
Shipping: Poor--the box was completely ripped and taped around...I couldn't tell if it was trash or my package
Timing: Obviously from above, be prepared to wait and worry
Communication: Answered all my e-mails in a daily fashion when I was interested, then received the money and sporadically...and I mean sporadically, replied to my questions, concerns, etc.
Quality: I've seen better things produced in a 7th grade wood shop. Staples sticking out, nails sticking out, wood chipped all over, instructions were mispelled and extremely basic.....not worth even $50
Overall: Save your money, not worth it....if anything he should have paid me to be using the thing!
There are much better things out there and other manufacturers should be pursued.
Pics and e-mails can be added if needed
Just a general fyi on how the transaction went
