    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have eggs in the incubator from my female dragon everything is going good with the fertile side of things but I noticed tonight that the eggs have developed small clear looking spots on them. What can I do to fix this issue? It is kinda hard to find info on this on websites. Any info would be helpful..Thanks

Pictures would be the most helpful. It might be something, it might be nothing, but the "clear spots" description is somewhat vague.

Also, the usual rundown questions of temps, humidity, substrate and how long have the eggs been incubating would be good to know.

Eggs change as the incubate and develop. Generally, if they candle pink/veiny/blood ring, etc and they show no visible signs of mold or rot, you are fine. It's pretty straight forward (though nerve wracking) as long as your incubation remains steady in terms of temp and humidity.

i have had mold on a clutch of 15 eggs for the better part of incubation an every single one hatched into perfect little babies lol soo dont throw out a egg cause of mold chances are youll be tossing out a perfectly fine dragon....

That's a good point. I would isolate eggs with mold or other issues, but keep incubating them until they are clearly done for. There are various things you can try to keep mold at bay once it starts which have good results. However, I have never had an egg with mold hatch out successfully. Thankfully, mold isn't too common an occurrence. :D

If the eggs have clear looking patches, it could be from calcium lacking in the diet when she was developing her eggs. Up the calcium for her, that may help.
