You broke the contract you had with David. Simple as that. You need to refund him the rest of the $100.00 you owe him, and because you sold a $500+ snake for $200 you owe him $250 for the poss het jag.

I do not even believe she was sold, but regardless, I can chalk it up as water under the bridge.

I just don't understand why a person would come unglued and such an eruption of lies etc. over a hundred bucks, and a guy looking to buy his snake back as agreed. Wow.

I would like to see the $100.00 owed to me, other than that I dont even care if he sells her for $6.00 or $600.00 Just the $100 that is owed and then good riddance Nikko.

Once again i hope we all learn our lesson that "flippers" are the scourge of our hobby. They are for the most part desperate, shady characters who always have some financial drama attached to them. nothing good comes out of dealings with them. And the animals usually suffer under their lack of care.

IF this is true, then the Good Guy post by the "buyer" should be removed as it is a Good Guy post for himself!

I did think it was odd that the first post in the newest ad (still up) was for someone offering $1250 plus shipping right out of the gate. It did make me wonder whether there might be two guys (buyer and seller) trying to see if they could generate a bidding war amongst potential Fauna buyers, but that's merely an opinion.

Hey David, Long time no talk !

Ive talked to David for the past two or so years on a different forum, Davids one hell of a good guy in my book! Does what he says, and produces quality animals. I can also vouch for David in many aspects, this man goes out of his way to GIVE away snakes to people that can't afford them but want them.

While Ive never done business with David, he is grabbing some animals from me, and has held true to his word. He goes above and beyond to make sure were both happy.

As far as an agreement for selling her back, Davids more of a man of his word, and Im sure he Didn't feel at the time he needed it in writing or it would be in writing.

I can sit here and name off people that can vouch for David that don't post here and are still big names...I.E. Chris Proctor, etc but thats not the point of this.

Davids not the one in question in my opinion. He's one solid individual, that based on Nikkos word and prvious dealings shot him some snakes before he paid for them but because Nikko was timely with his payments and was a great customer David thought he could trust him.

Nikko, Just give the man his $100 measley dollars, or sell him back the snake........

you didn't sell your snake you sold his snake. You agree'd to send him 100 dollars, which would finalize the deal, without the 100 dollars more than the deal isn't over. You do realize you will lose 100's of dollars through this, not by you sending him money, but by losing customers with this, no one will ever buy from you again with this thread, and your acts of immaturity. Not only do you scam him out of his 100 dollars, you post in the classifieds and post a 19' retic, and post a burmese. Then take it down when someone questions you.

This man Owed David $450 on the female jag pos het granite, He sent him 150 (prior to shipping), owed him $300 and just within the last few days sent David $200 when this thread was posted, now he only owes him $100. The only reason he even sent David any money was because of this thread.

When its your animal, you do have the right to do as you please with it, but when you still owe someone for it, it is not yours. So there for you have NO right to do anything with it without paying in full for it, OR at least communicating to David what your plans were.

Knowing David, Nikko if you couldn't afford to keep it all you would of had to do is talk to David and he would have worked something out with you, This I know. but instead you hide, don't return phone calls, and try to trash someone on the internet when your wrong? That says a whole lot about your character.

First of all, he stated it was 50% het granite. YOU stated that it was FULL HET by stating" het granite" and not stating the %. In your ad he even states the pairing in wich the IJ was produced. In case your memory is a little off it was a 75%IJ 100% het granite to a full IJ. Making her 88% IJ 50% POSS HET granite.

So there you go with MORE of your lies.

This is the quick long and short; Nikko agreed to purchase the Jag for $450.00, he also agreed to purchase 4 normal irian jayas. He agreed to give me first chance to buy back the Jag in the event he ever sold her, The total amount owing for the combined purchase was $750.00 shipped, of which Nikko paid me $450 and I sent all the animals in one shipment, with the assurance I would be paid the remaining $300.00 in a timely manner. I finally received $200 yesterday I think it was, after calling Nikko out on his classified ads. Everything else spiralled downwards from there.

could you check the times of receiving the payment of 200, and the time you posted this so we can see how long it took him afterwards to send you 200, and if he sent you 200, why not just send the other 100, knowing good and well it was going to cause drama.

I know this is fairly unrelated to the subject at hand, but I felt that since it is information regarding Nikko, I would post it here, as opposed to starting another thread.

It appears to me that there is some dishonestly going on here on Nikko's part...

Recently, I was sitting at work, randomly looking around the internet on my phone as I often do to kill time, and found an ad on Craigslist saying that there were many ball python morphs available for adoption... Figured I'd inquire... Turns out the snakes in question belong to Nikko (allegedly). Here is the brief conversation we had...

It also turns out that he had been posting Irain Jaya carpets for sale on craigslist, claiming they were a morph called "Spitfire"... which honestly simply made me laugh a little...

Unfortunately I simply copy/pasted the entire thing from the email... so its reversed... top is most recent...
