In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Here's the first little ones out. There's still 4 more to go. The first was this wonderful Bumble Bee and the second was a Spider. Don't know sexes yet. The Bee was out last night at 1, the Spider by 7am this morning. Let me know what you guys think!! Super excited :) Will post more as they hatch. I love Bees and the best part of it is that the Bee was the first one to leave the egg, so it's the first snake we ever bred (assuming it makes the next 12 hours). Thanks for reading!

They're gorgeous! Congrats! Bet you're really happy and excited. I love the head pattern on both of em.

Here's a question. I originally thought this clutch was double sired as we had two babies that had significantly different markings and was much lighter than the 1 normal in the clutch. Here's where I'm curious. I picked up the "normal" mother today and looked at her and she seems to have the same markings (I guess it's most like the "flames" on a Mojave with an almost full stripe down her back). Could she actually be genetic? Would this have been proving her out or would we have to breed her back to her offspring to do that? Anybody know or know who I could ask? Maybe I'm just jumping the gun here, I'm very excited :) Any idea/information would be great help!

And thanks all for the compliments! We are so excited about these guys. I really hope the Bees a girl so she can stay here. Something tell me it's a she :) Thanks again!

Can you post pics of mom? To prove if she is anything genetic the best to do is to breed a recessive gene to her and see if the hets are anything special, then breed a son back to mom and/or siblings together.

Here's Mom. I'm hoping to get good pictures of the baby I'm talking about tonight. There was on baby that was a slug that was not normal but is kind of graphic. I can pm the pix or if it's ok to post it, I just didn't want to do it and get in trouble. It's really just a little baby snake that died before it was fully matured, it's formed and there's pattern and coloring developing, just sad :( The markings on this one are the same as the live baby we have.

Moms very pretty, its a possibility she could be. More breeding will tell you more.

I don't see any harm in posting the baby slug. People have before.

Thank you! Her name is Lacey :) She's a sweetheart and definitely a favorite of mine. Anyway, here's the slug. We aren't quite sure why it dies other than maybe the egg was molded?

Also, would I want to breed her back to one of these babies from this clutch (father was a Bumble Bee, which I'm sure I said or you guys already knew)? Or should I take our Ghost, Piebald, or Genetic Stripe (only Recessive males we own) and breed her to one of these guys? Just trying to understand :) Thanks again!!

Here's the next two out and the weird one... Any ideas? #3 was another Bumble Bee & #4 a Pastel. Again, not sure on sexes.

that slug looks under-developed and its head is kind of misshapen as his eyes are not sitting right in the sockets.... at least thats my view on it but i have yet to breed my snakes.

sad for him but congrats on the rest of the clutch and good luck with them

Both the slug and the one in the egg looks like they could be lessers. Your female couldn't have locked with any other males, could she?

That other bee is really pretty, her head pattern is sweet!! That's a nice pastel too.

Although that pattern on the slug is really weird for it to be a lesser... So iunno.

I wanna see the other outta the egg, lol. Tell it to hurry!

She did lock with a Lesser multiple times. The Bee only once. I was starting to doubt that it was Lesser simply because it got so dark and the Lesser she was bred to was so light. Thanks for the info! Well see when they come out :) Should I keep any of the babies to breed to the mother? I already am considering keeping both the Bees if they are girls, and this cool thing that's going to come out of it's egg :)

Here's the last two babies! So excited :) When I went to check on them the little guy came flying out like "hello!!". It has a perfect heart on it's side. Anyways, here they are...
