    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I thought there was a thread here about (some of?) the updates to the perks, but I couldn't find it (I poked through the first few pages of this section, and the FAQ sort of stuff, but that's about it).

My issue is that I had to ask to have a thing I screwed up today fixed (this isn't one of those websites that asks three times "Are you sure you want to do this? Please confirm!" and now paternalism doesn't look as bad) and I'm wondering if there is some membership level with more functionality that I would benefit from. I do know the number of PMs is higher than the "Table" states -- which is great -- but I don't know how high, nor do I know any other power that might be hiding in the fancy levels.

Can someone refer me to the updated info, or give a quick and dirty account of the current state of Membership Levels?
 
Sorry about the delay replying to this. Got too many irons in the fire right now.

Heck, I can't even remember off hand. Been changes in the elevated membership level perks over the years, but that chart I set up is painful to edit, therefore I don't do it very often.

Maybe I'll get around to doing that someday soon, but I know how I am lately with remembering things like this. :face_palm_02:
