Hi Everyone,
PAROEDURA GRACILIS AKA THE GRACEFUL GECKO
I cant really explain the beauty in these but I will do my best. Elegant and graceful are definitely good words to start with but what does that mean, well these geckos can walk on and grab the thinnest of branches climbing on some of the weakest limbs while barely moving any of them while silently stalking through looking for food. They move with a flow of grace and style of a cat like creeping and ability to pounce in an instant all the while looking innocent and slow moving. Their colors are spectacular too, One of the things I love about this species is its color change through the shedding process. As the old epidermis starts to lift the geckos lighter colors start to appear purple and will be many shades of purple during the shedding process giving an amazing ghostly appearance as they move through the cage at night.
