    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Alright, I have 2 female pastels that I hatched out that I am keeping as a growing experience. These two are HALF sisters, the sire was a Graziani Line Pastel, and both mothers were normals.

So a little background info, The female on the left was from an 8 egg clutch, all other siblings were normals, except her.
The Female on the right was from a 6 egg clutch, 2 normals, 1 dinker, and 3 pastels, the other pastels in her clutch look just like her, but they are males.

I am mainly holding these two back just to see what they will look like together as they age.

The female on the left, has always been duller in color. Right now she may be at the beginning of a shed cycle but is not in blue.

So what do yall think? :eek:

This shot is a group shot, the top left is the duller female pastel, bottom left is her normal sister. The other pastel female is on the top right, and her dinker sister is on the bottom right. She is a normal, for now, but her color and pattern was just off compared to the rest of the clutch so for now she is a keeper.

I figured that I could update this thread, its been awhile :thumbsup:

Here is a new pic of the two original female pastels, the duller one is on the right.

The pastel on top is just a regular pastel male that was given to me not too long ago, I no longer have him.

The Female to the left is getting some really nice looking yellows on her. All in all, I really like both females. When they get up to breeding, I am planning on using a single male for both so that I can compare babies.
