Pat, Im not out to get you or anything like that my friend. When I met you guys you seemed to be nice people and had a real genuine care and love for reptiles, which is something I always admire. There are two things I made a promise to myself when getting into this business, one of them being to never lie, the second, never to tolerate those who do. Im not saying in any way you yourself is being dishonest, I just think thats sound advice for anyone. It just doens't make sense that I trade 'your friend' a healthy, feeding ball that dies all of the sudden, I offer to replace the animal with no hesitation providing he send a pic of the snake or ship the body back to me at my cost, he says he's sent it, then no pic, no dead snake, no email, no proof, no contact, no phone call, no nothing. You must agree it doesnt make much sense and I would really in all honesty be left to think the snake is still healthy and still alive. Pat, I confidence that you will make good towards Billy if it deems be. You say it's your first such problem you've occured while dealing, these type problems occur when dealing with live animals and its not the problem that matters, but how professionally you can rectify it. I hope the best for you in your endevors and hold no ill will towards you or your friend whatsoever. Good Luck and Take Care...........Michael Beberman
