Color me Gagging,,
Pat is not the innocent party here.. We are accusing him of something he didnt do?? He DIDNT replace the snakes like hes liable to do. For that he is to blame.. he specifically told Billy that if he returned the dead snakes he would replace them immeaditly,, and now hes whining about the snake he got,  is sick, and hes going to replace the snakes for Billy ONLY after the vet finishes treatment on the one that he has. Seems to me I remember something about a snake that Billy received with the DOAs that he wasnt sure was going to pull through. Im sure he had to give it special attention to get it back in good health. Guess any expenses that Billy accquired for that doesnt matter to Pat. The only thing mattering to Pat is the inconviences that hes having to deal with
  The snake Pat got didnt get sick until two weeks into his care, as he states the only reason that hes just now noticing it is because he likes to let them settle in first. Well... Does it take TWO weeks for that to happen?? Jeesssshh you know I admitt I have some dense moments, but Im not stupid.. and Im sure any responsible herper would examine their purchase upon arrival.. Neil do you think it wise that he received the snake and let it settle in for two weeks before checking for illness.?? Would you practice that?? I sure as he!! wouldnt.

Hi everyone..this will be my last post..I Am not going to continue in this childish argueing over whos right and whos wrong..wen im stupid?..Let see..are you stupid?<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>..Didnt i just say i am going to replace the snake in my last post then you post that i am not going to???...READ!!..Extra expense for the other alterna i sent billy?<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>?what extra expensense???..It was not sick..He though it might not pull through bc of it being out in the heat..please explain any extra expense or care he would have to give it..Whining??..Would you like a vet report from my vet stateing the health of all my animals??To prove that it did not come from my care..I will be very more then happy to get that and send it to anyone that has posted on here and has there doubts..You people never stop amazing me..What wen you cant put your own opinions???..You have to ask for Neils help??..See thats what makes me mad..This board is suppose to get back ground info on how deals go right??..Then why has it turned into a bunch of people ganging up and bashing people with words???..I am just being honest about this..Of course everyone is intitled to there OWN opinion But this is just crazy!!..This is like everyones gossip board..I wish everyone would just post experiences and help out instead of ganging up and Talking Sh**...thanks!!!

Ps)... Just speaking for myself here, cause I havent noticed any post about doubts of the condition of the snake you got being sick, I just wonder if it came that way..if you didn't examine it upon arrival.

I understand your going to replace it, (give you a big ole "atta boy" pat on your back)  
I am commenting on the things you have posted.  You said you will replace the snake after the vet finishes with the one you have. I dont understand how waiting for that one to finish treatment has anything to do with replacing what you owe him.
And I wasnt asking for Neils help,, he implied that maybe you were being accused wrongly, and I was asking in a half hearted sarcastic tone, if he would practice letting an animal adjust for two weeks before examining it. Guess you know now that is not a good way to conduct handling your purchases..
And not once in my last post did I call you stupid,, I said I have some dense moments, but I'm not stupid,

OK, EVERYONE OUT THERE !!!!
   I know Pat Murphy,and had a deal with him.And it went exactly as planned,all went great !!!!
He also told me about this deal,i feel they should both return the animals or the money.Not just one side,his snake died
(which wasn't either ones fault,that was on the delivery service).But on the other hand too, the snakes Pat recieved wasn't in the best of shape either?? Respitory & stuck shed (which has caused blindness in one eye also).So i personally don't believe that everyone is bashing Pat like this,what about the guy who sent the sick & messed-up snakes too???
 So please don't take this one persons word on how
Pat Murphy does business!! Cause the snakes i recieved were all very healthy,clean & awesome animals!! And i would recomend him to anyone as a good business venture.And also all the times we've talked(which is does very much, stay in touch during a deal),I never once had him use profanity or disagree whith me???
 Well this is how i feel about the whole situation,and whole heartedly believe that those out there not involved should stay out and let these two guy's work it out.And i know that Pat will make it right if the other guy does too.

Pat when can I expect that replacement.And the Alterna that did live out of the trio is still in questionable shape.But I am not asking for compensation for that one because as we agreed you only guaranteed live delivery and that one did arrive alive.Please let me know when you are shipping so I can watch for it. First off, you need to post your full name, so it wont be deleted. Another, is no one is trying to claim that Pat doesnt have good animals. Just that he should of handled the situation better,
To start with he should of required a signature at the time of delivery, that not only assures that the snake is received, it helps him know that they received the snake as well and no one can claim falsly that they never received the package.. He became rude with Billy and his customer service skills were shown to be less then impressive, when Billy tried to rectify the situation with him.
And as far as the condition of the snake that Billy sent, Pat can't really claim that the snake arrived that way, because he said himself that the reason he didnt notice it,, is because he was giving it time to adjust, and its been two weeks..
I dont know where anyone actually posted that they felt he had a bad collection,  Billy sent the bodies back to him like he asked, Pat agreed that after they arrived he would replace them, then he came up with,, after the other snake completed treatment he would ship replacements out. He just needs to go ahead and follow through on his end of the deal. send the snake and stop stalling. The other snake completing treatment is irrelvant to him replacing what he owes Billy..

I haven't done business with anyone involved so I will only comment on my opinion I formed from reading the posts. First it sounds like Pat owns or has access to very nice snakes because everyone's comments about his animals have been very favorable. Second in order to get and KEEP a good reputation a dealer must handle problems in a professional manner should one occur. I know both parties are angry but the issue and responsibility remains the same. I am assuming that both parties guaranteed live arrival, one recieved live snakes, the other did not. I don't know anyone that gives a two week guarantee on snakes. On a final note, I'm sure I'm in the vast minority here, but I would NEVER do business with anyone that doesn't have enough courtesy to speak on a public forum without resorting to using profanity.

Well I thought this would have been over by now and I could post something favorable about Pat Murphy but it has been some two months now and still no replacement for the dead snakes.All I seem to get from Pat are excuses why he couldnt ship when I know that he has been shipping to other people ,so not having time is not an excuse.So I am here to warn people not to deal with Pat Murphy. He will not stand behind his animals or his GUARANTEE.   Billy Hamby

I'm really sorry to hear of your heartache, Billy. I honestly thought that if you gave Pat some time to fix this.....he would. He has had more then enough time though.
I guess that is the bad thing about doing business with someone that is young and not financially independent. As long as every deal goes well......no problems, but when something like this does happen, he does not have the financial resources to remedy the situation. I have met Pat, and I would hate to label him a "bad guy" I just think he may have gone over his head.

Hi..I Have had my computer down for some time now..I just back on a few months ago or so..I was hoping that by the time i read this again that billy would have posted to help clear my name..he did recieve replacements on the two dead greybands..It did take me a few weeks to get them to him bc i was having money problems at the time but A Buddy of mine decided to be kind enough to send Billy replacements for me and work out the details of what i owed him later on our next deal..Just wanted to ad another post to this for people that look up post about me so they dont think i just ripped Billy off..because that was not the case at all..thanks for your time..Pat Murphy
