Yes, I go through Umpqua Bank which is a Midwest located bank. They are smaller and pretty new. When I get home I can post the document that they sent me with the requirements for the charge back. I have called them and asked if I have to do the step of asking another shop or breeder from having to do that assessment and my bank did say yes. But I am working with them to show them the vet results, autopsy, and I am also going to attach the links to our story on both Tegutalk.com and here on faunaclassifieds to the documents that I send the bank. I have everything else on the list as well. I am calling them on my lunch to ask again. That is what a healthy tegu should look like.
I'm at a loss for your request, though. The credit card company is requiring this?
Have you asked the vet to write up an assessment of the condition the tegu was in, what was needed to address the issue, and what date they provided treatment? The date stamp on the purchase combined with the vet bill or a statement from the vet should be sufficient to put the pieces together... and avoid any breeder or pet store from being implicated for making an assessment on an animal they've never personally inspected.
