    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    Addendum: 01/10/2026
    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

please help got EGGS!!!!!!!

Hey everyone my trans leatherback layed 30 eggs for the first time today, had one bad egg!!! problem is my incubator is on its way in the mail and im a little worried that the eggs might not make it. what should i do?

thanks im just hoping they make it this is the first time i have ever breed anything and i might be worring a little 2 much. the incubator actully came 2day and the eggs are in. the only thing is i set the heat at 84 and then i used my zilla therometer and it read 79:shrug01:. what temp should i go by i have the exo terra type incubator? by the way thanks for all your guys input it helps 2 calm my nerves:thumbsup:

Congrats on the clutch, AND for getting the 'bator JUST in time!! You think you're excited now though. Wait 'til they hatch! My first clutch just turned 5 weeks old and they take up WAY too much of my time. Not from having to deal with them, but because I can't quit playing with them!! :D

By Exo Terra incubator, I'm assuming that you mean their "mini-fridge" style one? Try turning the heat up to around 88-90 F. and that should produce an actual temperature inside the incubator of 83-85.

thanks matt! and yes dillion its the mini-fridge type. i :ave it set on 91 and the temp is reading 82.4 so i think thats what im going 2 leave it at thanks again 4 all the help you guys are great!!!
