    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Has anyone had sucess with feeding frozen pinkies? I'm assuming they would be thawed in warm water to induce smell and wiggled in front of the gecko with tweezers? Any comments are appreciated, thanks Chris.

I feed my two breeding females thawed pinkies occasionally. Usually I just let them thaw at room temp., but sometimes in warm water. I wiggle them in front of their nose. They love them!

I dont have any leos that like pinkies now but this one girl i had would take them thawed and just sitting there.In fact, i had to leave the room for her to eat them.She loved them though.Shes with my cuz now, ill have to buy him pinkies as a b-day present. :)

I have 2 females that will eat them and they will only eat take them live. All the others will only look at them and lick them.

I can't get any of my pinky eaters to eat dead ones. They must like the kill.

I have one girl that will eat one then, I have to take her out so the others get live pinkies, cause she kills the other ones and leaves them.

I have 1.2 mice, bought them back in November, and they only gave birth to 4 babies. I froze 2 and fed two, thawed it. I dusted it i calcium and put it in the mealworm dish. My girl ate it overnight.

yeah I have some that will eat frozen but most of mine will not, they only want live but I can understand that being a hunting mechanism, if its not moving it doesn't attract their attention sometimes.

Thanks for all of your imput guys, I guess I will just have to try feeding them thawed, hopefully at least 1 will eat them after I buy them :)
