    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I was wanting to know if anyone has done any business
with Rick Elfvin at rain forest reptiles. I sent him e-mails
back in March and I tried looking for his website again today
and it wasn't there. He was very prompt in answering e-mail and all questions.

Any information is greatly appreciated.
or if anyone has a new web address for him also

I have never dealt with this Rick Elfin personaly but I can tell you this much... if he is married to Rhonda (aka love2) I wouldn't buy a ribbon snake from him. Bad news only in my opinion.

I have done several deals with Ric and all I can say is that I was VERY pleased with the transactions. I had one minor issue on a Blackhead Python that I got from Ric and he promptly made good on it. Im not sure about other people OR anything about his wife. All I can say is that I was VERY pleased with the outcomes with my dealing with Ric. If he treats all his customers the way he has treated me, Im sure you'll be pleased.

I've purchased from and sold snakes to Rick as well as being to  his facility on more than one ocassion.  He is a very down to earth straightforward guy !  Awesome business man and will work with you on just about anything.  I never have nor will I ever hesitate to recommend him to anyone for purchasing any morphs or hets.  he has a lot of high end ball pythons, if you are looking to buy hets. from him don't hesitate !!!!

I have done business with Rick in the past and I am continuing to do business with him in the future.  Rick is a very honest, stand up guy and you should be very impressed with not only the service but with the quality of his animals as well.  I would highly recommend him!

I will admit that yes pretty much everyone that responded knows each other and we all know Rick...which is pretty much why we know he's a GOOD person to deal with.

As for me personally I've been to his facility, and every animal had a clean cage, fresh water and looked healthy.  I saw just about every current morph plus some new morphs there and many offspring.  I sold Rick a higher dollar animal and trusted him enough to take a check which did clear LOL.  I purchased a bunch of cageing equipment for both snakes and rat breeding supplies from Rich which he delivered (4 hour round trip) to my door since I didn't have a  vehicle that I could have picked it up in.  Everything was exactly as described and he even threw in a bunch of extra tanks and didn't charge for them.  He is very conscious of the health of his animals and since he does get in imports, usually some really unique animals he doesn't skimp on the veterinary expenses and I've seen lab results on animals so he does a thorough workup on any animals that seem to be "off."  Never have I gotten the feeling from him that he's in it for the money, more that he is really really into the hobby.

Since John brought this up, why don't you tell us about your personal experiences with Rick to help support your very rude and negative post about him..???  Oh thats right, you've NEVER dealt with him.
 
I never had the chance to buy from Rick. Nevertheless I have contacted him several times about different snakes and he was always trying to work out a good deal for both parties. As far as ball pythons goes, he does not make fancy names up. They are either proven morphs or normals. If he had what I needed right now I wouldn't hesitate in buying from him.
