    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Reasonable value for adult female leopard tortoise?

Hi, my name's Ben. I've have had a female leopard tortoise for many years now. I will be selling her soon.

Her shell is 13" long, shes very healthy, eats like a hog, digs holes as if she wants to lay eggs every summer for a few years now, although I've never bred her.

I've searched around on several reptile web-sites trying to find out what the going rate is for a female of her size. All I see are many babies for $175-200, a few adult males around 8" or 9" for about $800-1000. But no adult females.

I'm trying to avoid posting an a classified that will short myself or be too high.
