The first clutch from our red ackies is now available. All ten eggs hatched and all ten ackies are thriving. We wanted to keep them for 6 weeks to ensure good health and strength before listing.
These guys are on new Arcadia UVB bulbs and pounding dusted crickets, dubia, and occasional chopped fuzzies. They are very active and growing so fast.
We are a family of reptile lovers and are offering this first clutch for sale. Our feeders are fed human-grade fruits and veggies and we can afford to keep every animal in top quality set-ups with new UVB etc. Keeping very few animals we can ensure each receives too quality attention. Also we have not added any new animals or exposed supplies in over a year so the risk of exposure to mites or other parasites should be extremely low. If you would like photos or videos of the animals or anything else to boost your confidence in us, please don’t hesitate to let us know!
(Although we live in Traverse City, we will be in the metro Detroit area Labor Day weekend if you would like to pick up your ackie(s) in person there.)
