    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I am looking for a good reptile chat that is open to everyone, where can I find one, please post it on here if anyone has suggestions.

I have been an AOL subscriber for a couple of years now. Are you serious that AOL has a GOOD reptile chat room. There was so much childish name calling, off topic and off color discussion going on there that I simply don't bother anymore. Sure some people went there to discuss herps, but the petty bickering and off topic discussions were extremely distracting, and when the name calling and threatening started up - well it was time for me to sign off. Maybe AOL has changed something over the past few months that makes it worth stopping by, but in my opinion look elsewhere.

I see that Reptile Republic has a number of chat rooms available. I have signed on a few times, only to find myself as the only person in any of the chat rooms. Hopefully once Reptile Republic has been up and running for a while their chat rooms will become popular and will remain herp oriented.

I might be a little late in my reply but I have been going to a room on the msn chat site. it is usually called herpetology or reptile hobbyists. some nice and very knowledgable folks go there.  <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
 
We have a chatroom on RTB . There is usually someone in the room 24/7 also. A lot of us are late nite chatters in there [ est] We also usually try to have a reptile topic chat on Friday nights...11pm est too. If ya come into the room and noone seems to be talking..just say hello and wait a couple.. a lot of us will keep the room up on our pc's while we surf or work  <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>

Im always in the reptile chat on AOL. Its great fun but some people have low tolerance of "Imbecilic" people.. Also, it's not always reptile chat, so it's a wide array of things. Just let everyone know you then you can do whatever with out being called hurtful names... Its fun
