I am very unhappy with Reptile Direct (reptiledirect.com). I ordered 3 items one month ago and two were sent, one never was. I contacted them in regards to where the 3rd item was and they told me that they were having issues with Paypal and that they would resolve the problem. Well I've emailed them back numerous times asking if they've resolved the problem, and they won't respond. I finally gave up and just asked for a refund, but they won't reply or return my money. I finally had to contact Paypal to try and get them to return the money to me, so I'll see how that goes. But be forewarned...Reptile Direct has very poor customer service and as of now, fail to send your order.
