• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This is Jojo, take a look at the great difference in him from the first day we got him, to a few shorts days later. His story, his owner died and they found him dehydrated and skinny, the humane society had him for three weeks.

Awsome Job on the healthy turnaround, And i have to ask? What type of cat is that, and how did you get it to co-exist with the monitor. My cat looks at the monitor, but i dont have the Gall to place it anywhere near my cat. My kat is an outdoorcat, and the only animals around her are Anything and everything she kills lol. I cant see her co-existing with my monitor's

Awwww, well thank you for helping out critters in need :p He looks so perky now!

As for the cat.. My cat is so used to animals she knows not to touch them.. rodents though are free game for her :p

I have photos with my birds sitting on my cat.. so I understand ^_^

The cat is a tiger tabby, his name is Oswald. As far as coexisting, he has no choice. The rules around the house are simple, catch/kill any mice that get out, find rats if they are out. Be careful around the snakes, and be chased by the lizards. He has been fairly good, only once did he get a hold of a snake, but has not done so since. We started him off being around other critters as a kitten, so he sees the reptiles and rats as playmates not food,the funniest is crickets in bathtubs when he was a kitten.
