However , you are forgetting alot of other details , which I do not have the time to expain here , as we all (YOU , Rob , Ralph Davis, Jeremy Stone, Marc Bailey, Tom Weidner, Ed Twedt, Rob @ Rk Reptiles, Joey Flynn, Scott Micheals, myself) and a few others who I am sure I have forgot to mention already know the story. At this time I will really like to confirm with Tom @ Cypress Creek that he indeed get the same Spider that myself , Tom Weidner, Dr Wayne, and Dr Harmon all of which looked at him and agreed that the hemipene on the one side was "questionable indeed" , . The reason I even decided to make a post is simply because Rob has been telling people that the snake was perfect and that "I didn't know how to properly invert a hemipene". I have been doing Balls since 1993 so I am pretty sure I know a bit about what I am doing! Also I would think that it is logical to say that Tom Weidner , Dr Harmon and Dr Wayne also know what they are doing as I consider them All TOP NOTCH guys who know their stuff. So here we are Rob and Ted, lets get it " ALL" out in the open here. I still have the pic of the Spider that I sent back on file (as I do with about 200 other snakes) and we could match the pic I have with the Spider that you say went to Tom @ Cypress Creek and I WILL PAY TO HAVE THAT SNAKE LOOKED AT BY THE BEST VET IN THAT AREA AND SEE IF INDEED WE ARE RIGHT ABOUT THAT HEMIPENE. Perhaps this will end all this right here, as all the other details don't matter at this point. I do not appreciate people who think they can just drop a few bucks into this ball python industry and WALK ALL OVER THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR OVER A DECADE , and have the nerve to think they can get away with it. I am speaking up for everyone in general here , anytime a person knows when he is 100% correct it will cause one to defend themself , some of us don't forget this kind of crap. Also seems funny how you (Ted) forgot to mention the fact that I WAS NOT TOLD THAT I WAS NOT GETTING A REPLACEMENT SPIDER BACK , BUT INSTEAD MY ORIGINAL ANIMALS BACK, AND THAT NO BODY , I MEAN NOBODY WOULD SAY WHAT WAS EVEN IN THE BOX. YOU CAN IMAGINE WHAT I WAS THINKING , THE SNAKES JUST CRAWLED INTO THE BAGS, TIED THE KNOT AND TAPED THEMSELVES SHUT BY THEMSELVES, I BET YOUR LAUGHING RIGHT NOW TED AS I KNOW YOU REMEMBER THIS PART OF THE CONVERSATION, NOT SO FUNNY KNOW IS IT MAN ???????? Also as Ted mention Delta did lose the package (imagine that right, lol) and once I figured this out I figured out based on the weight of the box that he had indeed sent my animals back as the box weighed 7 pounds and weighed 8 pounds when I sent them originally, so obviously the 100 gram Spider replacement would not weigh 7 pounds , simple math I'd say, anyway once I found this out I called EVERYONE IN DELTA INVOLVED FROM THERE TO HERE. After making a few calls one of the supervisiors for Delta had told me that "ROB HAD REQUESTED THE SHIPMENT BACK IF IT WAS LOCATED" . Well folks by now you can imagine how I was taking all this right about NOW, especially if you know me at all. These were my animals, lost in the Delta system and now Rob wanted MY animals back???!!!! 2 hours went by and I got a call from Delta, the man apologized for the delay on the box and said that since they were shipped priority first COLLECT that the box obviously belonged to me and not Rob. So I paid the shipping charge , opened the box and found that I received my original snakes back as I had already figured by the facts that I already had . I wasted 8-10 hours of driving back and forth to the airport , a few tanks of gas for my gas hog 1996 Yukon SUV, and about $200 for shipping charges. Anyway just wanted to say thanks to Rob for the great adventure, and great business practices. If I would of handled this with a Spider (which I will be producing next year with any luck) or any snake for that matter , I would have replaced it with a perfect, flawless animal, paid all the shipping costs , and done WHATEVER IT TAKES TO MAKE THAT CUSTOMER HAPPY, but I guess that is what seperates people like you from people like me hence the reason for this forum!!!!
