I won't come on here and defend myself again because I have come to the realization that one can't win on here unless you are in the fauna CIRCLE..Rob

If the "fauna circle" as you call it is a group of people trying to maintain this hobby as clean and honest as possible, then you are right. And that group is larger than you can even imagine.

Alvaro we never spoke before the only het pieds I ever had were the animals that I received from Chris Guida.

It took me some time to go through my computer but sure enough there it was (unless of course you are not [email protected].)

Alvaro I stand corrected as you pointed out we did speak in an email.I do have many animals and do sales weekly so you can see how I could have forgot a 1 time email my appolgies.That pair has since been sold however if you have any questions about the animals genetics you can contact Damian at D&M since he produced the animals as I told you in our email.Rob Pennisi

Regardless of the time frame after the shipment of the animal you sent to me for $96 total....nothing, absolutely nothing has been done to justify or rectify the fact that you misrepresented the animal you sent. I was told I was buying a healthy, eating, CB or LTC animal when reality is the female has not eaten, had tons of ticks, and is obviously wild caught.

Other than that, and the ignored emails such as this one that have been sent, what else should I do but to warn others of this?

What I can't seem to fathom is regardless of time, and as I have pointed out lack of replied to emails sent to his email address that he posts everywhere, fact still remains the animal I received is/was/will not ever be what was represented and sold to him.

This is just my case.

I also don't believe that anything that he says or does regarding the matter that All4Sky (I believe it was) that posted that he paid $245 for 2 CBB females and got 1 or 2 males (WC even) as a result CAN possibly be justified by Robms007, yet he continues to attempt to claim innocence when he has made ZERO effort to rectify the situation at hand on both cases.

Therefore what choice do I have but to post my findings and dealings on this website as a warning for others who may choose to deal with him.

I also remember seeing the supposed Axanthic animal that he had posted on Reptibid for sale, which he was called on, and which was mentioned in this thread.

It's been awhile since I checked back on this thread. Just a few comments about Rob's replies.

I am the one who spent $245 for two supposed CH Adult Females. What I got was two WC MALES that were covered with ticks. Rob claims I never emailed or phoned him about fixing the problem? WHY DONT YOU ANSWER YOUR PHONE ROB?!? OR ANSWER ANY OF THE COUNTLESS EMAILS I SENT YOU AFTER THE SALE?! I even emailed you before I posted this Bad Guy Post. Until now you have never emailed me wanting the fix the problem. If you read earlier in the post I stated that I tried to contact you via phone and emails, so dont claim that I never tried to contact you months after the fact. I hope this post has helped some people stay away from your BS animals and business.
