    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Does any one know how you can sanitize wood? I have driftwood and other type of wood that I need to do this too. And if you can will it kill off any parasites on and in the wood?
 
i normally just cook the wood if it fits in the oven norammly around 350 for about a hour .if it wont fit in a oven you can probably soak it in some real hot water ..maybe even use prvent a mite on the wood might work too...or if your really paranoid doo all the above ,i would thgink that should do the trick
 
My driftwood won't fit in the oven. I stuck it in hot water and bleach. I hope I get all the bleach out and it dries real good. Last time I let it dry in the sun.
