These are flawless babies feeding on a wide variety of foods including hibiscus, clover, plantain, Mazuri, curly endive and dandelion.
Sardinian marginata are a distinct locale hailing from the famous Italian island of Sardinia. These absolutely stunning tortoises are larger than the common marginata found in areas like Greece. They feature a skirt that is more rounded and smooth than that of the more serrated skirt seen on the Greek populations. Photos showing an adult Sardinian compared to an adult from Greece are shown. Adults are NOT for sale and are simply being shown so you know what to expect.
