Shipping: We ship every week Monday thru Thursday. We do not ship out orders on Fridays or Saturdays. All orders are shipped Fedex Priority Overnight in insulated shipping boxes with either cold or heat packs depending on the weather. We MUST be notified of any problems within 4 hours of receipt of shipment.
Live Arrival Guarantee: We take great pride in our animals and want you to feel assured you are getting the quality you deserve. We guarantee that all of our animals will arrive happy, healthy, and exactly as described. We CANNOT extend our guarantee to shipments delayed by measures beyond our control ( i. e. inclement weather). The live arrival guarantee is voided if package is not signed for on the first delivery attempt, or if temperature at time of arrival is above 90 degrees Fahrenheit or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit . We are sorry but we do not offer cash refunds. Store credit will be issued to use towards you next purchase. However, we do not cover replacement shipping for any reason. We require that you do not dispose of any deceased animal(s) until contacting us for further instruction. We may require a digital picture of the deceased animal or the remains to be sent to use for verification.
Laws and Violations: You are solely responsible for knowing your state and local laws. The Pet Zone will not be held liable if you violate any laws. We will not ship any animal where it is no legal to own that species.
