    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

So I'm attending a master's program in which I need to complete 2 years of practicum. 3 weeks ago, I was told by my practicum that they were switching me to a different department. My new supervisor has been really difficult to find time to talk to and I didn't see her at all the first week. Well, today we met with my field consultant through my school and my supervisor basically told her that she would fail me this semester due to my lack of initiative as she feels she has to continually tell me what to do. As a result, I'm probably going to have to finish in the summer, which is nearly impossible as I work and take classes and will have my baby by that time. I feel like my supervisor neglected to provide me any training or outline any expectations so I have been talking to others about what occurs in the department I am in as, every time I try to talk to my supervisor, she informs me that she is busy. However, they have now sent me home... I am really frustrated by this whole situation but I don't know what I can do about it as everything is in my supervisor's hands... I'm feeling very discouraged and almost feel like giving up on this whole thing right now...
