    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Spyder Robotics - Good Guys

On Thursday I ordered another herpstat from Dion.

On Monday it was waiting for me on the front porch.

After purchasing 8 stats from Dion and dealing with him on grounding retrofits on others issues, I am continually amazed at how quickly he processes orders, how fast I receive my products and how professionally and promptly he deals with not only questions, but customer service issues.

Dion is definately one of the best in the business and his products are top notch.
 
I just want to give an update on my Herpstat Humidity control, it's freaking awesome. It keeps the humidity spot-on and completely programmable to fit your needs. I love it Dion, thanks again!!!
 
I recently got a herpstat pro (with blue screen) from them and love this thing. I imagine I'll eventually replace all my helixes with these not only because I can run multiple racks off one thermostat, but also because of all the extra features these have that Helix just can't touch.

Dion was great, and got that sucker in the mail to me quickly via priority.
 
Gotta agree. Be getting me another one soon. I have a herpstat and three Pro units, and slowly I'm outcasting the old Ranco's as I get more of them. I really like these things. Ain't a better product out there. :thumbsup:

Might have to look into that Humidity unit he has. :D

Make that FOUR Herpstat Pros. :yesnod: Just got my fourth one a little while ago. Going to wire it up in a few. One more to go, then I'll have no more Rancos.

I just wanted to add my .2. I have 2 pro's and one Herpstat ND. I was having problems with them and emailed them (a bit upset). Much to their credit they walked me though my problems. I think we got everything worked out (untill I screw something else up) and it again amazes me how exceptional their customer service is. I would defiantly recommend them to new keepers as well as us "old farts" :D No matter new or old your herpstat is they are always willing to help you. They are truly a cut above, not only in a great product but they are without a doubt the best in customer service I have EVER seen!
