I am not sure this guy advertises in any reptile forums but he may well(as he does custom cage work that would certainly suit reptiles) and I wanted to relate my experience w/ him.
I recently finished a transaction w/this person that began on 12/31(when I paypalled him my $) and ended just yesterday(3/10) when the last part of my cage arrived. I have absolutely NO complaint about the quality of this cage. It is very nice. My warning is in regards to the untimeliness of it's delivery and the many excuses(lies)I got when I questioned where it was. I was given 2 bogus fedex tracking #'s and many sob stories about boxes, weather etc. I originally had found his work on e-bay, but ordered privately from his website. I feel this was part of my problem as I had no feedback recourse. People that won bids AFTER I had paid for my(in stock) cage had received their orders quickly and left A+ feedback. There were 2 exceptions to this. They had the same problem(very slow delivery and no or slow response to e-mails) as I had and Frosti retaliated that THEY were losers and to be avoided. Yeah, right,pay immediately and you are the bad guy!
I ended up getting rather "annoyed" in my e-mails to him.To try to make up for the rediculous amount of time I had to wait for my cage he offered a free extra attachment and a 20.00 refund(because I had to end up assembling the cage,P.S. -NO DIRECTIONS sent to me for that either, ANOTHER series of e-mails for those). The "extras" didn't come w/the cage and I'm sure I would NEVER have gotten it or the missing parts that were supposed to have been w/my cage,or the 20.00, had I not HOUNDED him w/daily e-mail until he realized I wasn't going to give in. It took forever for the 20.00 to show up on my paypal acct. too.
My point is ,he does great work, but needs to either explain the time frame issue upfront(although this was an in stock cage, NOT a special order) ,get more help and STOP lieing when questioned about an order.
As I said, I don't know if he advertises for the reptile industry but it is a possibilty and I wanted to alert people to the fact that they may have to wait on their(IN Stock) cages a LONG time
