    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Please note that when you subscribe to a thread posted in a forum on this site, you will get an email message sent to you whenever someone else posts a new reply to that thread. This is ONLY a notice of that post and provides a link to take you to that thread. This also includes classified ads that people post here. DO NOT REPLY TO THIS NOTICE. It will not go to the person posting that reply as some people evidently believe.

So in the case of those people posting ads, and getting a reply to their ad, that potential customer you THINK you sent a message to has not really been sent a message at all. So they wind up thinking you are just ignoring them and probably make their purchase elsewhere. :shrug01:

And along that same line, if you have subscribed to a thread, or posted a classified ad, and your email address is not uptodate.... Guess what? You don't get those emails either..... :no01:
