In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hi,

I'm so excited because my first baby Albino has hatched. This baby should be a Tremper Tangerine Jungle Giant Albino Carrot-tail, Carrot-head. I have never bred these before, though.......... so i really have no idea how it will turn out. I'll post more pics after it sheds.

Thanks for looking,
Matt

Thanks Xavier, I too have never seen one at this stage......... it will be fun to see how it turns out.

It pretty much has the same pattern as the father. Here is the father at 2 months old.

Congrats on the new hatchling Matt! It looks like s/he is on its way to looking just like its father. Keep us updated because I’ve never seen one at that stage either. :)

awwww!!!

What a little sweetheart, Matt! Congratulations!!! It's pattern does look a LOT like it's father... let's hope it grows up to be as nice.

wow, as far as pattern goes they could almost be twins!

awesome matt, keep us updated on this one

Thanks everyone, I will post more pics as the amount of color increases. This one was incubated for male, I'm not at home right now...... and I'm sure the clutchmate has hatched. I'll post some pics later.

Thanks,
Matt

Oh man...................... Clutchmate was infertile :no01: At least I got one good one. It was the moms first time laying................ I have many more jungle Giant eggs in the incubator, most are due to hatch in March....... I'll post more pics then.

Matt

Wow, that is a beautiful baby! I might have to get a pair of them this year :)

That one came out weighing three grams. I've had some Super hypos come out at 5 grams though.

Matt

To be honest Dan, in my experience the size and weight of Giant hatchlings really have nothing to do with how big they get, or how fast they grow.

Matt

I've heard this before

But I can't help to think with Super Giants its different I have a male Giant albino which has weighed as much as 118 grams and a female that a pond breeding was 96 grams and only 7-8 months old. I can't help but think her young will hatch out big, she should be laying any day now be intresting to see. I've been recording all egg weights and hatchling weights and will share the data as time passes and at the end of the season.

Well, I probably have not hatched out any Super Giants...... if they even exist (I don't think Super Giants really exist, I honestly think it's all selective breeding).

Matt

Yeah I think that might be true

I've thought the same myself at times personally some giants aren't that big.
