Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I purchased 0.2 LTC Sub-adult female ball pythons from Taylor Doar, which were posted on the classifieds here at Fauna. After he delayed shipping twice, they did finally arrive. They both have mites, tics, and many scars. Ones nose is red/bruised and it leaves its mouth open when breathing and foams/drowls. I assume he either has mouth rot of a respiratory infection. The second also makes very weird noises breathing so it might also have a RI. After asking for a refund, Taylor stopped replying to my emails.

Ive had the snakes for about 5 days now and I have been treating them for mites and also treating for a RI (increased temp and low humidity). I have also been treating the one for mouth rot, removing any gunk swabbing with watered down listerine.

I'm not sure what to do. I have the sellers email. I searched for him on switchboard and I found a residence with his last name on the same street as the return address on the box, but the house number does not match. Im assuming the switchboard address is correct, as the return address he wrote on the box almost illegible while he printed out the To: address. Since he scammed me, I wouldnt be suprised if he put a fake house number in so I couldnt track him down... guess again.

So I have his name, email, address, and phone number. Should I post them here?

You're going to need to post your full name. The easiest way to comply with the full name rule is to edit your signature line to include your full name. You can do this by clicking on the "user cp" button on the upper righthand side of the page.

The above address if from the return label on the box. I searched for Doar in Chapel Hill and found a match on Alexander Dr, but at the house address 6504. Since the chances there are two Doar's on Alexander Dr, Chapel Hill, NC, I assume this is the same residence. Here is the info for that match:

I would not doubt he changed his house address on the return label to make it harder for me to track him down. The last email I got from him was on the 14th but it was sent from a different address, [email protected]. The name attached to this email is Cynthia G Riggan.

I payed with paypal and checked my transaction history and the paypal account is under the name Cynthia Greene-Riggan:

I am unaware what the relation is between Cynthia Green and Taylor Doar.

Thanks for the offer. I have given him until tonight to refund my my money via PayPal. It looks like he will continue to refuse to contact me. If I dont hear anything from him tonight I will let you know.

Thanks to a tip emailed to me, his house address is indeed 6518 Alexander Dr. This is registered to Cindy Riggan (who is also the owner of the PayPal account connected to Taylor's email). I am still unaware of this relation.
