In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Thank you all

After raising up this girl for three years my first clutch EVER is in the incubator. This female pastel (bred to bumblebee) was at 2025g before laying and is now down to 1350 after laying 7 eggs at 671g. I also caught her in the act of her 7th egg and have a short clip for everyone to enjoy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mypGnudlpkg&list=UUTdgT0-0dusvyOOd6SYvFxA&index=1 . Unfortunately the video stopped before she was finished. Now I am waiting on 3 more females to go! I want to thank every single person that makes this forum what it is, I would not be where I am at with my snakes without all of you who have helped me at one point or another. Thank YOU!!

Awesome!! Great size clutch for a first timer too! I hope you get some awesome babies!

Had another pastel female lay 5 eggs between 6/12 and 6/16, more likely closer to 6/12. I was out of town until the 16th and got back to find her wrapped around 4 eggs with 1 outside of her. The one outside of her does have very faint veins and is dimpled in, whereas the other eggs are plump and have nice healthy veins. I have them all in the incubator now. Chance that the one egg she wasn't wrapped around is still alive? I guess I will find out. Thanks!

Well at this point 1.11 killer bees! That is what I was going to do, I appreciate the response. I was also wondering at what point in the incubation process does the snake start to form so that you can candle and see the formation?

It is day 50 tmrw!!! All the eggs were very plump the entire incubation period and started to dimple about a week ago. This incubation has been textbook so far. I will keep everyone updated and will post pictures as they hatch! The end is near!!

Nice, are you going to cut them or wait for the first one? Could you send me a timeline of your pairing if you don't mind. I'm hoping to do my first pairing this year.

I will be cutting this Thursday which is day 55. When I check their cards I will let you know my pairing schedule. It is funny, the female that I started pairing last was the first to lay.

Finally cut the eggs today, they would be day 55 tmrw morning, I couldn't wait any longer.

I am not exactly sure what I got but out of 7 eggs there is 1 definite spider 1 pastel/super pastel and 5 bumblebee/killerbees. My first clutch ever, talk about great odds. This was a bee x pastel pairing.

2nd picture is of the spider
3rd picture is of the bee/kb
4th picture is of the bee/kb

If you think I am wrong at all please let me know.

Thanks!

The babies are out!

Out of 7 eggs, 6 survived. The 7th that died in the egg was the only killerbee of the clutch. It was not absorbing its yolk.

The first picture is of the three Bumblebees, the second is them all together (2 Spiders and Pastel came out the 27th and are going into blue now). The third is of the Pastel the day he/she came out of the egg and the fourth is the 2 Spiders and Pastel the day they came out of the egg.

Let me know what you think, this is my first clutch of eggs I have produced!

Thanks!!
