    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Even though you are no longer the "mod" of this forum, I for one would like to say thank you for all your hard work. The effort you put into your forums was noticed and appreciated.

The tegu forum was dead before you came along and gave it a breath of life. I was clueless at first as to what a tegu even was. It was you in your first tegu chat that sparked my interest in learning more about what I can see are fantastic lizards.

Don't feel as if all of your hard work was in vein. It's here for all to see and learn from. You'll still be the tegu "mod" in my eyes. I look forward to the day I can buy a tegu off of ya. Many of my friends have bought one already and all I hear is how great they are!!!

P.S. Don't drop those tegu chats every first Monday of the month. I for one enjoyed them and look forward to many more. Besides that's the only time I ever talk to ya. :)
 
Thanks Mike!! That means a lot to me. Tegus are my life, second only to my family. I will continue to post here as long as these forums are here. I might not be here as much, I have been putting things on the back burner to make time to add to these forums.

I want to thank you as well for all of the support you have given to these forums. That goes out to everyone that had a part in them!!

I second that! Until i met you tegus were just those 'weird looking monitor-things' LOL.
