Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The Snake Pit Break Ins

Casey....that was pretty good....did you think that up all by yourself??? If you used that brain of yours for something other than sitting on, you'd realize that the money WAS used to hire a PI, James Thornton stole at least $1000 of that money (because $500 was paid to the PI), the investigation was finished!, Rich Z. decided to put up the balance owed (why, I don't know), Rich Z. now has the final report! That's where all your donations are?? As far as everybody who donated is concerned, I'll say it again, even though I've said it many times already...I am very appreciative of the donations (and that includes you&#33<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>, but...I did not solicit them in the least, they were donated with the best of intentions, but, "stuff happens"....totally beyond my control....

Oh yeah...I'm going to take John's advice....I've had enough fun with this farce on this thread...but, you guys can fight it out amoungst yourselves....have fun??....
 
Just for the record,I did call the I.R.S. Tampa branch.I told them of Neil's stories of me being investigated They did some checking, called me back,I was told that no report was made on me and that all my papers (tax # , licenes) were in order and that I am legal.But they wanted A copy of what Neil wrote and were interested in the thread of the robberies so i gave them the addy to the site.I also contacted Game and fish again all legal (EPB,CLASS 123 AND HOT PERMITS ALL IN ORDER).You know it is amazing how upset state offices get when someone (Neil) uses their names in a lie.
 
Okay, so which one of you are we supposed to believe is lying, Dave or Neil?
Although I still have no doubt that Neil is innocent of robbing his own place and all that, we are right back here with he said she said heresay.  Neil says one thing, and surprisingly, Dave says the opposite.  Dave saying he contacted those places and they said he was all straight and narrow doesn't really amount to much.  Neil saying he contacted them and they told him there is a problem doesn't add up to much either.  It is all just heresay on both sides.  No offense to either one of you in the least bit intended, but really it adds up to a big pile of nothing in my eyes.  
I guess it goes back to what has been said before, let's just leave this whole nasty thing alone until we have something of some validity...
 
You are right I have been leaving it alone and then Neil starts it right back up again and starts to blame me for all of his troubles.So I check out his STORIES and post my findings here for all to see.Neil does have problems but they are not with me.Neil I will ask you One time to please stop using my name in anyway way what so ever.

Ok,,  Neil to say you don't owe anyone anything for donating to your cause. GAWDDD that right there shows what an ingrate you really are. If people I didnt even know from all over the country went out of their way like these people did,  I would be bending over backwards for them. I would feel like I would owe them alot!
How could it possibly be out of the goodness of your heart that you opened up to these people. You just came on and posted about the break ins, and then went to insulting them when the chit started to hit the fan, how is that suppose to flatter them that you shared that from the goodness of your heart ?   and You couldn't run away from it, it came back and bit you in the butt..
You need to get some facts straight and realize whining about your problems and making excuses is a long way from doing something out of the goodness of your heart. And where as the term DONANTION may mean you aren't expecting anything in return,  it does mean that it the donater is expecting it to go to the situation it was giving to in the first place. I happen to know that if you donate to something and it turns out to be a lie, its called FRAUD, and its a FELONY.  
And I don't care if it wasn't your fault the money was stolen, your acceptence of the donatations, for your cause,,  in my opinion makes you responsible for at least giving these people the truth. And if your lieing, then you owe them their money and/or animals back. Its absurd that you feel you don't owe anyone anything. How do you look at yourself in the mirror.

Are you both seriously dragging Game and Fish as well as the Department of Revenue and the IRS into this mess?  You are pulling our entire industry into high profile view with THESE people?  What in the world are you trying to do to US with your damned bitter feud?  At this point, I really don't care what is going on between you two, but when you BOTH start creating waves in such a manner that can cause everyone here grief and headaches, then you both are just down right DANGEROUS to have around.  That is ALL I need to have you both drag MY site into scrutiny by the IRS and have then watching the buying and selling going on here and figure there might be enough money passing hands to take a closer look at ALL of us.  Wouldn't I just LOVE to hear someone say "Geesh man, don't advertise on FaunaClassifieds because you'll get audited if you do."  That certainly would make my day, let me tell you.

I will tell you BOTH right here and now, that if you continue to pull stunts like this, then you BOTH are welcome to leave and never come back to this site.  Ever.  I have listened to both sides, have had my opinions change from one way to another and back again several times, but I felt this was a private affair that should stay at home here.  If you want to drag EVERYONE and their brother into it and cause some unintended consequences that may be FAR worse than whatever it is you both are at each other's throats over, then you can do it somewhere else other than THIS board.

THANK YOU! I was hoping you would be intervening shortly before this got out of hand again with the hatefulness of these two. As to not place any blame & just a thought but maybe next time one of these two mentions the other in a post that they lose the PRIVILEGE of being able to post on here. Once one brings the other up, the other feels compelled to come & defend himself.

Rich, You are correct and I want to apologize to everyone.With Neil making the statement about the I.R.S. and in a earlier post a statement about game and fish not to mention e-mailing every tom,dick and harry telling them that I was selling animals illegally I did feel compelled to show that he was not being honest.I do however think that everyone here would have done the same,I know that it does not make it right but more so a human reaction.I was happy with just letting it die but Neil started it up again (as he has said it is free advertising) and I feed his sickness.So again to everyone , I AM SORRY.

Neil you are such a trip! Since there is apparently not going to be any assistance with facts in order to bring closure to this whole mess the only thing people have to persuade them one way or the other is the demeanor and attitude of the principals. But man your attitude sucks! I keep trying to make myself believe you are a good guy but you make it DAMN hard to do so! Without anything else to go on any objective person would find you completely discredited by reading the couple threads where you and Dave go at it. You interpret every question as a personal attack even though we all know you would ask the same questions! So it's OK for you to point out the lapses in someone's story but not for anyone else? In my book that is the behavior of a hypocrite. I'll grant you that you may be doing just as good business wise as you ever have but you are VERY mistaken if you think that it is because you have been redeemed here. I truely am sorry about what has happened to you and your store but frankly I think you owe pretty much everyone here an apology for the way you have bullied them. Maybe you even owe Dave an apology. BTW, wasn't it YOU that accused him without any evidence first? So really, he has just been here defending himself from YOU. But you keep making it sound like it is the other way around. And you guys were friends? If that is how you treat "friends" please keep me off that list.

It is a rule that you have to post your REAL FULL NAME. Screen names are ok, but your name is required in order to post. Otherwise, you will be deleted. Period.

And a word to the wise: You may want to reconsider how you conduct yourself when you post. Otherwise, you will have no credibility whatsoever and will never be taken seriously. There are more constructive ways to accomplish your goal.
