    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The danged Great Pyrenees is a BIG dog, his head is right at tabletop level.
I set a roast down for just a minute while I went to another room, by the time I got back he had stole it.
It was seasoned heavily with cayenne and he had the runs the next day but somehow I do not think it changed his thieving heart.
Do your dogs steal stuff?

I guess it was about 15 years ago, my first Thanksgiving with my previos husband, I was to have it here with family coming from SC, NY and AZ. I had cooked the turkey and sat it on the stove top to cool. I went to take a shower and he came home and let the dogs out of their crates then left to go pick up his sister, needless to say by the time my shower was over there was no proof there had ever been a turkey except for the licked clean pan.

My current Pitt likes to steal and eat my shoes, not any other shoes, just mine lol

LOL, my Crested managed to get onto the table (we keep the chairs all pushed in at all times now!) and gobbled down a good portion of a roast before he was caught one time.....he was sick for a week. He's pulled a couple of other simlar thing, but has never learned any lessons from it, for sure.

Molly, on the other hand, will NOT touch a bit of food if it is on the table, or on my plate. I could set a T-bone on the floor in front of her, and she won't go near it. The kids' food, however, is fair game. LOL.
