I had an exceptional transaction with Tristan over the last few months. The super pastel lesser i purchased was not only much, much nicer looking than the photos but he is a great eater just as was described.
But, mainly this comes to my mind for the outstanding service he provided. We had both become used to taking advantage of a third party shipper. Well that bit us in the rear when ups shut down the snake shipping with shipyourreptiles.com. He went well out of his way to get fedex certified to ship the snake correctly and above board, while i was getting certified as well. He could have easily shipped it through ups like most of us used to have to do. But, we both agreed that the time frame to ship was irrelevant and there was no room for any reptile related bad news to come from a non authorized shipment.
I could not be more pleased with both the transaction and the friend i gained over the course of the fedex certification process. He put an extra hundred and fifty grams on the snake while in his care. And, his judgement to ship above board was refreshing for the sake of our hobby. I could not think of anything that would make me hesitate to shop with him again.
