I was hesitant to buy from Underground Reptiles, as I much prefer to support small, hobby breeders. However, I was looking for a champagne BP, and couldn't find what I wanted. They had a nice adult male, at a very reasonable price.
I sent payment, and arranged a ship date. The snake I received was a female juvenile champagne; clearly not what I had purchased. After contacting them regarding the error, Rian called me back within an hour. He apologized for the mix-up, and said he would make sure I got a return shipping label to send her back. I received the label within 30 minutes, and was able to ship the snake back.
Bianca called me when they received the snake, and the correct one was sent out to me the same day. As I've seen many times here on the BOI, it's how people respond when things go wrong that really counts. My issue was resolved promptly, and the people I spoke with were courteous and pleasant. And the snake is beautiful, and appears healthy!
