    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This post is to let everyone know what has happened with Dave Lawson & I. I know that on July 16 I posted that he has made everything right, Well I ONLY posted this because Dave told me  would not do anything or make anything correct until I did this. I just wanted everything to be corrected so I did post that he made it right. As you know it has been 2 weeks since I posted this. As of today NOTHING has been done still. I tried to call Dave, when he answerd and I began to speak he decided to hang up on me, Well later that day I had called again.
I spoke to Dave he told me her was willing to swap animals for the $ 395.00 that we lost. I told Dave that I wanted him to find more Ball Pythons or to give me the money back. He told me there were NO more Balls coming in anywhere, he did not say anything about they money. Again I called and asked Dave what was going on, in response he said he did not know what animals he had ( HOW CAN YOU NOT KNOW WHAT YOUR INVENTORY IS FOR YOUR BUSINESS?<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>??? <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':angry:'> ) The last time I talked to Dave was on Tuesday night following the Melbourne Show. I have." I told Dave that all I want now is my money
back. Since I have said this I have not heard one thing from Dave. I still try to call but there is never an answer on either phone that I call. Since the first day that we told him what was going on with the animals he avoided the problem, my phone calls, and e-mails.

Can you do all of us a favor & stay out of this one, You actually do more damage then good by posting on this one because people see your name & Daves & will stay out of this post. Ronald needs to expose his problem with his dealing with Dave & I beleive your name on here will push some people away. Anyone want to correct me if im wrong on this one? By the way I don't know or never dealth with Neil or Dave, I just don't want Ronalds point to get lost in the Dave/Neil thing.

Casey...I "thought" I'd be able to stay off this thread!! Why do you say I'm a troublemaker? Why should this slimeball be treated any different than we treat all other slimeballs on this site!! He did the wrong thing! He basically stole somebody else's money, and you think it's OK, huh?? I notice you didn't have the character needed to say anything about it?? But, you have the nerve to tell me I'm a troublemaker?? If it were you, or anybody else in the herp business that was at fault...We'd be on them like white on rice, too! Lawson is no exception! He screwed Ron over big time and refuses to make it right! How is that my fault?? For pointing it out like I do to everybody that screws up?? I will start out by reminding the webslave that he stated,anyone calling a person maggot,slimeball ect...... would be banded from this entire site.You even said that this includes Neil.I am now asking you to apply this rule to Neil Gubitz.

On to Ron,

1)I sold those animals to him on the 26th of June he had those animals for 10 day before I heard a word about anything dying and even then I was told of 3 balls.I never talked to him it was always his wife and I spoke to her each and every time she called (3 or 4 times daily).I was told that they shipped off 5 balls to some lady and that for what ever reason shipped them all back and bam they all started to die.

2) I did tell them that I would exchange 3 balls for the for that first died.That was fine with them.

3)Then I get a call from his wife saying that now everything has stopped eating and Ron is force feeding everything.

4)Then I read this post by Ron saying that I have not been returning calls or e-mails I called his number and spoke to his wife and told her of what Ron posted and that they need to correct it right away.I in no way said to post a bold face lie only that I have not avoided them in any way.

5)I told them that no body was going to replace animals after almost 2 weeks and never after they have shipped them off and let them come right back.

6)I am not going to spend time on this mess he went over each animal before he paid for them and was very happy.He has misinformed the people on the forum.Hell I ask him if he had the bodies and she told me 16 out of 30.I sold 270 baby balls out of the same group and not one other person has said squat.

I was willing to go ahead and try to work something out but after this I think not.I feel like he took my kindness as a weakness.

well dave it was not 10 days later it was 3 when we started telling you the problem  we were having with those snakes you know if it would have been 3 or 4 that died i would have been fine with that but when it is all 25 plus a uromastic that never eat at all and 2 baby beardies that died because they were not eating either out of all the animals i got from you the 10 burms and the 6 rock pytons were the only ones that eat and as far as have the bodies i have all of them you told me that if i retracted my last post that you would make it right but you have yet to do this and i had all the balls sold and the uromasics + the beardies and because of this i had to find a new dealer i spent more that i made because you sold me sick animals that the only thing they are good for are freezer oriments

Well for one thing, if this is true about this situation then I do not feel Neil needs tobe banned from the site. It seems to me that if was anyone else out there that this situation was happening to then everyone would be jumping on the bandwagon to crucify him.  I don't think the other thread has anything to do with this thread. I don't know for a fact that this situation is true but it seems this person would not come on here if it were not. Either way we have heard from Ron, and we have heard from Dave on it now each person can make their own decision on what is right and wrong. Casey, you called neil a Troublemaker well that is like the Pot calling the Kettle black. You are doing the same type of thing by everytime neil makes a post you feel compelled to jump down his throat. If you have a problem with neil or anyone for that matter please e-mail them in private. This thread was not a place for you to jump on Neil as it has nothing to do with this thread at all and served no purpose other than to make you feel like your the bigger person. It did not in my eyes, only made you look like your after Neil. just my 0.02 cents take it as you wish.
 
If interested parties, could just stick to constuctive advice, I think this board would be the most valuable tool for herpers on the web. I think most of Neils posts are very constuctive, however when they concern a certain individual, they are anything but constructive. I hope Ron and Dave can resolve this problem in a responsible fashion. Due to the time involved, and the fact that it sounds as if Ron picked the animals personally, maybe some compromise by both parties is in order.
 
Neil, I just spent the last half hour or so trying to find my warning about posting derogatory slurs on this site.  And my memory is probably no better than yours.  So I'm not sure exactly how I worded it.  If I had determined that you had purposely flaunted my request at civility when you or Dave Lawson mention the other's name, I would have no choice but to carry out my promise and block you from posting on my site.  This would have been nothing personal, but I will not allow anyone to believe that I am just joking when I make a *request* like that.

Please consider this as a reprieve due to lost evidence.

But I will state it here, and I suggest you pay attention and remember this one:  I am drawing a line in the sand.  If you refer to Dave Lawson in any manner that I deem to be abusive or belittling, I will interpret that as a slap at me and my efforts to keep this forum somewhat respectable.  As such, I will have no other choice but to remove your posting rights on this site.  The same rule applies to Dave Lawson in reference to you.

If Dave Lawson and yourself engage in a new business transaction together, then you both are certainly welcome to start up a new thread here and describe that transaction with as much detail as you both deem necessary.  But the public feud you two have, in public, on MY site, is now OVER WITH as far as everyone is concerned on this forum.  What you two do or say in private is not my business nor my concern, but what you do HERE, definitely is.

Just for the record,  NO ONE is exempt from a wrist slapping if they use unflattering descriptive language to describe someone else in a message.  This is neither needed to make your point, nor wanted by me on my site.  I will not take the time to edit your message, but will just delete the entire thing, and all of your keyboard pounding just goes right down the hopper.  If it continues, then you will quickly find that you can no longer post your messages here.

I am getting VERY busy with my own business, and just do not have time to play fulltime referee day and night.  I will be rather quick to delete what appear superficially to be inappropriate messages, as well as quick on the draw to ban someone if they appear to be bound to cause trouble.  I will close threads where the participants are more intent at attacking each other for their opinions than tackling the issues of the subject at hand.

In many cases, I will shoot first and ask questions later.

Anyone spotting a message posted that likely needs my attention is encouraged to click on the link in that message that will bring it to my attention.

After reading the posts here,I figure Dave and and you need to bury the hatchet and try and make amends. As the webslave indicated, any more derogatory comments made by you against his person could result in bad things hapening to you. Why go through all that? I would suggest that you say flowery and positive things. After a while it will become second nature and fight with you in it will be no more than a series of compliments and attboys, then you can go on the boa forum on kingsnake and join the pros!lol

    If you are truely calling Dave and he doesn't answer, try by blocking your name that way if he has caller ID it will show up as unknown caller.  I find it hard to feel sorry for someone who has treated people very much the same way, regarding to the thread about your dealings with people.  If I remember correctly a few people you avoided, am I correct?
    It only seems fair to say you get what you give.  As to the matter at hand it is so hard to know who is truthful and who is not.  
    If he told you to post something here, post that e-mail that will help.  Always keep and record all transactions with a seller or buyer until both parties are satisfied with the outcome.

Well Dave,you have obviously read this post.Why don't you make a response to the problem at hand and not just to Neil's post.Do you think we have forgotten what the original complaint is just because the Neil/Dave drama is starting again?What are you going to do about all those dead snakes?Why did you tell him to post that you fixed the problem and then didi nothing?Are you going to make this right or not?I find it odd that you posted and there was no mention of the problem.So,what's it gonna be?

Josh,Please take the time to go back and re-read this thread.I did reply to Ron and I told the story of how the deal went and the info that I was given by Ron's wife.I did not tell Ron or anyone else to come on here and post a lie,I simply told his wife to have Ron fix the part of my avoiding his calls and e-mails do to the fact that I was talking to Ron's wife several times aday about this matter.I never told him to post that I did or was going to refund or replace all the animals.I only stand good for the animals to the buyers not to the people they sell them to and not 10 days after they buy them.
