Okay guys, this is my first time posting on BOI section. Here how it goes, Victor contacted me on DEC 2014 wanted me to send him a shipment of venomous snakes but I disagreed due to the hassles and some bad experiences. Finally after some discussions, I agreed to help him on the shipment. I collected some deposits from him and proceed with the cites paperworks and collection of the animals.
It took me around 2 months plus to get the paperworks done because the process in Malaysia is abit slow. Finally after 2 months, on 23rd March 2015 I got the snakes shipped over and I didn't collect the balance payment from him yet because Victor promised to send me a batch of baby Sulcatas.
I contacted him promptly after the shipment to get updates on the snakes that he received. He told me everything was good and fine. A week plus after that, I began to chased him on the balance payment and updates on the sulcatas. Since then, he started to gave me all kinds of lame excuses saying that some snakes died, not in good condition etc. I was like, "Hey, when I shipped you the animals, you told all were great and nice. Why didn't you mentioned all these when you got them?". I asked him on the sulcatas, he told me he couldn't get hold of the breeders etc and he can't send them to me. These are all stories created by himself. Seriously, I don't think it's ethical doing business this way.
Only when I started chasing my balance payment, he gave me all these bullshits.
Almost 2 months plus since shipment sent, I hear nothing from him. He started ignoring my messages, calls and now blocked me in Facebook. LESSON LEARNT.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH VICTOR MENA FROM TEXAS. THIS DOUCHEBAG PIECE OF CRAP IS A LOWLIFE SCAMMER!!
