    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I saw an ad on KS for an animal and inquired about it.
The ad was listed by Vincent but a Sam responded.
The deal seemed good and emails were quickly replied to all weekend but after sending a question asking why Vincent was the name on the ad and Sam was the name of the person replying, they stopped answering and the animal is now relisted.
I was all set to get this animal but the 2 different names made me cautious.
The lack of any other response makes me think my gut instinct to question this was correct. Not sure if this guy is legit and maybe I am being too careful.
Has anyone ever dealt with Vincent aka Sam Sundberg?
Here are the emails.
It's weird that all was going good until I asked about the different name.

It is kind of odd. So I guess you're one of the "flakes"? Look at it this way. If he is legit and you're able to purchase it. That question saved you $40. :)

Had this for sale at $165, and nothing but flakes. Purchased this beautiful specimen about two months ago for $225, but a surprise move means I will not be able to take him/her with me. Would prefer to sell to someone who has decent experience with monitors. It eats like a pig, and is quite active. Vibrant colors too. Will ship overnight FedEx or UPS. Freaky! My son was looking at that ad and was going to inquire about it when he came over this evening after work. I think we'll wait a bit!
 
Guess I'm a flake. :shrug01:
I would have sent the money Saturday if he had replied to my question about the name difference with a reasonable answer.
It's now Monday and he still hasn't replied.
Oh well, I'll save the cash. I just thought it was a great deal. Maybe not after all.
