In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What does your dog look like?

heres my doggy, shes actually new to my home we got her 2 weeks. shes an Australian cattle dog.

I can't resist... snakes are my hobby, dogs are my job!

Here's my 10 year old toy poodle "Chase". He was purchased from a reputable breeder as a puppy for me to use as a "hair model" and I've enjoyed every ounce of him ever since......

This is my other boy "Sky" a 3 year old boy that we've had for almost 2 years now. We acquired him through SoCAPoodleBreed rescue and is growing to be a simply wonderful dog for me. He is a TOTAL water dog!! Nothing fru fru about this boy!!

I love seeing the pics of everyone's dogs!! This is the first time in years that I've only had 2 dogs to be responsible for!! I do a fair amount of rescues, usually medical cases now until they are ok for their new permanent homes.

My personal dogs will always be poodles.... this one is not my dog but I think a perfect definitive pic of what a poodle really is!!

I'm new around here but I had to join this thread, as I absolutely love dogs. Here are a few pictures of my kids. A few of my Dogue de Bordeaux (better known as French Masitffs). I have six of them in total, the first pictures are some of my girls...Rana, Amber and Missy. The last one is my male Bufo. They are the BEST dogs ever!!!

Well This is Vader

I really ought not do this because Ill come back here looking at him and cry even more but since he is leaving for his new home tomorrow I decided that while we cry I would share him a little.

He is my most recent rescue and one that has taken a little more of my heart than some, they are all hard to take in and then place in new homes but this one is really hard for me.

So here he is, Ill try to get a better photo when his new family comes tomorrow to take him home but the only PICS I can get are with his face in mine with his feet on my shoulders, I think he knows he needs to give me extra hugs and kisses! I was up all last night hugging on him and Im sure I will be tonight too!

He is about 4 years ole and 155lbs, a big sweet teddy bear!

My Rocky Raccoon

Aww. That must be really hard for you. Try to remember though, by giving him to his new family you are making room for another dog who needs your loving care.

He's quite the watchdog...doesn't like anyone other than family, but we love him either way

OK, I hope this works, I tried to re-size this so it wasn't HUGE....but a computer whiz I am NOT. A show pic of me with one of my Beagles I used to show, Yahtzee....taking BOS for his first 3 point major at 6 1/2 months old. I look like a dork, but remember, this was taken many years ago when big hair and big glasses were COOL, lmao.... This was the only show pic I have on my computer, however, so I guess it will work. I apologize if it turns out GIGANTIC.....

I truly miss the show ring, and SOMEDAY I will return to it. Only looking less like a dork, lmao.

Yep Cat! you look just like me in the ring..a typical dorky handler! (Just Kidding!)

I have some HORRIBLE show photos! (do not even ask me to post them)

Was that R. Berndt? isn't he just a barrel of laughs???

Did you ever have the pleasure of showing under a judge named Velma Heiser?

She passed away several years ago, but I know she judged for as long as her little old body would get her around the ring. She was an AWESOME woman...I think sometimes she had more fun talking to the dogs than was "proper", lol....ALL judges should love the dogs like she did.
