    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

WHAT EXACTLY MAKES A DRAGON BE CALLED A "TRUE" MICRO SCALED BARDED DRAGON? I'VE READ A "TRUE" MICRO SCALE HAS NO SIDE SPIKES, BUT I'VE SEEN DRAGONS LABELED MICRO SCALE (FROM VERY RESPECTED BREEDERS) THAT STILL HAVE SMALL SIDE SPIKES. SO ...WHATS THE REAL DEAL WITH MICRO SCALED?:confused:

There are two types of leather backs in P. vitticeps. There is a codom morph aka Italian leather and American leather. Then there is a recessive form of leather back also. A "true" microscale dragon is a visual representation of a dragon that is both a codom leather and a visual recessive leather.

It is pretty sick how many people have just slapped the term micro on any dragon they want to sell. All the time lately. You see WAY more fake micro ads than actual micros. Its turning into the new german giant.

Here is a pic of my Hypo Cawley Red Micro Scale.I assume mine is a true "micro" I got it from Where Dragons Dwell as an adult. Any one else have any pics of their micro scale dragons?

maybe you could ask the people you bought him from about it? I think some regular leatherbacks have smaller side spikes. I'm not sure if all micros have them completely absent like ours or not. Josh Dovenbarger would be the one to ask about that.

Thanks for that link JMP745. There was some very, very good info and pics on there. My dragon has many of the traits he talks about a Micro having (wrinkles on the torso, and very little to no side spikes). So I think she is a true Micro. Thanks
