I just recieved an email yesterday from a guy I shipped a perfectly healthy pair of adult leucy TX ratsnakes to. He informs me that the day before the email, the female was sluggish and was dead the next day. He has had the snakes since 9/13......well over a month. I'm pretty sure he's expecting money back, but I don't think I'm responsible after the amount of time that has lapsed. Just wondering how I should handle the situation. Both animals were feeding well on F/T rats and mice and in great shape. The female had just laid a nice clutch of eggs about a month prior, but was gaining weight normally. What should I do?
Thanks in advance.
